1.ย Mohana Jewels is Made to order Diamond Jewelry
Order cancellations on Mohana Jewels Made toย Order Jewelry are subject to cancellation & restocking fees, which vary based on the stage of production.
ย
1.1 - Before Production
At this point, production has not begun.ย we have mobilized the front of the house to prepare your file as well as our production manager and design team to start producing your CAD and reserve materials. At this point, if for any reason, you do not want your item anymore, we will issue a partial refund or store credit subject to cancellation & restocking fees:
1.1.a - Within the first week of purchaseย (within 7 days from order date)ย
- Partial refund: Amount paid minus 15% fees
- Store Credit: Amount paid minus 10% feesย ย
1.1.b - After the purchaseย (after 2 days from order date)ย
- Partial refund: Amount paid minus 20% feesย
- Store Credit: Amount paid minus 15% fees.ย
1.2 - During Production
At this point, production has begun. we have mobilized the front of the house to prepare your file as well as our production manager and design team to produce your CAD and reserve materials. Additionally, your gem has been or is in the process of being cut, we have begun your wax mold or starting to cast your ring or setting your gem(s). At this point, if for any reason, you do not want your item anymore, we will issue a partial refund or store credit subject to cancellation & restocking fees:
- ย Partial refund: Amount paid minus 35% fees.
- ย Store Credit: Amount paid minus 30%ย fees.ย
1.3 - Once your order isย ready
At this point, your order is complete and ready to ship. If for any reason, you do not want your item anymore, we will issue a partial refund or store credit subject to cancellation & restocking fees:ย ย
- Partial refund: Amount paid minus 50% fees.
- Store Credit: Amount paid minus 45% fees.
2.ย Mohana Jewels In-Stock Jewelry
Order cancellations on Mohana Jewels in-Stock Jewelry are subject to cancellation & restocking fees.
2.1 - Within 24 hours of purchase
If for any reason, you do not want your in-stockย item anymore, we will issue a partial refund or store credit subject to cancellation & restocking fees within 24 hours of placing your order:ย
- Partial refund: Amount paid minus 15% feesย
- Store Credit: Amount paid minus 10% fees.ย ย ย
2.2 - After 24 hours of purchase
We do not accept cancellations over 24 hours after purchase for in stock items as the package is scheduled to be picked up or already out for delivery.
3.ย Mohana Jewels Loose Gemstone
3.1 - For Lab Grown Diamonds & Moissanite Diamonds
ย
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your loose gem, you are entitled to return or exchange your stone, no questions asked! Mohana Jewels gems have a 14-day return policy which means you must return it to us withinย 14 days of having received it yourself.ย
Each of these transactions have a 20% restocking fee associated with them. The buyer is also responsible to return the stone to us (cover shipping cost as well as duties and taxes if applicable).ย
For refunds, all of the parts that you received must be returned to us such as the packaging and warranty card. Exception: any custom cuts (not listed on website) are final sale. They are not eligible for exchanges or returns and are non-refundable.
4. Payment plan cancellation.
Order cancellations onย Mohana Jewels Payment Plans are subject to cancellation & restocking fees, which vary based on the stage of production. Policies 1, 2, & 3 are relevant to determine the applicable fees and procedure. Policies 1, 2 & 3 in the context of payment plan cancellations will consider the full amount owed (total invoice) when calculating the associated fees, not the amount paid towards the invoice.
5. Order Prioritization Cancellations
Order Prioritization cannot be canceled at any point during production,ย nor can it be refunded once purchased.ย

6.2 - Mohana Jewelsย Diamond Jewelry
At Mohana Jewels, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our return process:
Return Period:
- You may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 20% of the total payment will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.
Condition of Items:
- Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We cannot accept items with any incidental or wear & tear damage.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@mohanajewels.com to initiate the return process.
- Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your email.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Quality Inspection:
- All returned items will undergo a thorough quality inspection.
- Refunds will only be processed for items that meet our return policy criteria.
Refund Processing Time:
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of receiving the returned item.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Exclusions:
- Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Defective or substandard item
If aย Mohana Jewels product has a manufacturer defect upon shipping to the client that was incurred during transit or missed during our quality assurance inspection, we will repair it under ourย Manufacturerโs Warrantyย or offer an exchange (at our discretion). These exchanges can only be done within 7 days of receiving the piece and the piece must be returned in new condition (unworn & no incidental or wear & tear damage).ย
8. Mohana Jewels Refusing Clients
Theย Mohana Jewels team reserves the right to refuse clients and cancel orders at any stage of production. In these instances, Mohana Jewels will partially refund the client and retain the applicable cancellation & restocking fees as outlined in our Order Cancellation & Refund Policy.ย
Client refusal may come as a result of (but is not limited to) online or in person:ย
- Use of offensive and/or abusive language towards staffย
- Harassment and/or threats towards staffย
- Inappropriate Behavior towards staff
Please note that the Mohana Jewels team will not tolerate harassment of any kind during the course of their transaction/production andย reserves the right to end our business relation with a client and cancel their order.
