Limited Lifetime Warranty on Mohana Jewels Loose Diamonds

Every piece of Mohana Jewelry is created to make a long lasting impression. For this reason, all Mohana Jewels® gemstones are covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

We handcraft each piece with peace of mind that your gemstone will maintain its optical properties as long as you own it. Our Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all changes to the optical properties of your Mohana Jewels® gemstone. This includes the stone’s clarity, color, and brilliance. On top of knowing that your Mohana Jewels® is ethical and eco-friendly, you can be sure that you will enjoy it for your whole lifetime. Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Below are the terms and conditions involved in Mohana Jewels® loose Diamonds Limited Lifetime Warranty:

Limited Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

• The Limited Lifetime Warranty is applicable to all Mohana Jewels® moissanite and lab-grown diamonds (including loose moissanite & lab-grown diamonds and moissanite & lab-grown diamonds that are part of jewelry pieces)
• The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all changes to optical properties (clarity, color, and brilliance) of the moissanite & lab-grown diamonds.
• The Limited Lifetime Warranty is automatically applied to each Mohana Jewels® moissanite & lab-grown diamonds purchase and is only available to the original purchaser, for their whole lifetime
• Clients must keep their original receipt of purchase in the event of a claim 
• The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the stone
• The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or misuse of your Mohana Jewels®  moissanite & lab-grown diamonds.
• The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover scratches, cracks or dents in your  moissanite & lab-grown diamonds due to wear and tear damages
• Any alterations or treatments to the Mohana Jewels® moissanite & lab-grown diamonds will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty on Mohana Jewels Jewelry

At Mohana Jewels, we craft all of our jewelry pieces to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. We offer a complimentary Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our fine jewelry. This Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty applies to structural damages that can be traced back to the manufacturing of your piece, resulting in manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, negligence, accidents, loss and theft.

The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty guarantees that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery (prior to being worn). If a warranty issue is found, Mohana Jewels will repair the warrantied damage or replace the item without charge (our discretion). In the rare event that there seems to be a defect with any jewelry piece, please contact us directly so we may evaluate your piece.

A $75 USD deposit will be taken before the shipment of your item to Mohana Jewels for evaluation, which covers the cost of shipping and an evaluation by our expert goldsmiths to determine if the damage is warrantied. Once the deposit is received, our team will provide a return label for the ring to be shipped back to Mohana Jewels. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the ring is received at Mohana Jewels and to cover any duties and customs fees associated on international packages. This fee is refunded in full for all warrantied repairs. We also offer complimentary shipping back to the customer for all warrantied repairs. Repairs that are not covered under the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty will have a price quoted to the customer for approval before work is performed. If approved, the deposit will be applied to this repair. If the customer chooses not to perform the repair, the deposit will be applied to cover the shipping charge back to the customer after evaluation.

Since gold jewelry is susceptible to damage due to normal wear and tear (as they are malleable materials), our policy does not cover any repairs resulting from these damages. If the piece is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, you can ship the ring to us for inspection. Once the inspection is complete and the determination has been made as to what caused the damage (manufacturing or other / wear and tear), our team will be in touch to discuss the repair options.

We recommend that you perform regular (yearly is the recommended frequency, at minimum) professional cleaning and maintenance repairs to preserve the quality of your gold ring. Since these repairs are due to natural restoration practices and not manufacturing defects, they are not included under our Limited Manufacturer Warranty.

Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty Terms & Conditions

• The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is applicable to all Mohana Jewels gold jewelry settings (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets).
• The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty covers structural (setting) damage resulting from manufacturing defects.
• The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty guarantees that our jewelry will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery (prior to being worn).
• The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty is automatically applied to each Mohana Jewels jewelry purchase and is only available to the original purchaser
• Clients must keep their original receipt of purchase in the event of a claim 
• The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover theft or loss of the jewelry piece
• The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear & tear, abuse or misuse of your Mohana Jewels jewelry piece.
• Any alterations or treatments to the Mohana Jewels jewelry piece will void the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
• The Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty does not cover bending/warping or prong movement due to wear and tear damages in your Mohana Jewels  gold jewelry
• Any alterations or treatments to the Mohana Jewels gold jewelry will void the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

Small Stones Replacement

We offer complimentary replacement of small pavé stones (under 2mm) within the first 6 months of receiving the ring in the event that they fall out of your setting. The client is responsible for all shipping fees incurred when sending the ring to and from Mohana Jewels for repair. It is typical for repairs to take 1-2 weeks from the date the ring is received. Alternatively, to save on shipping and transit time, we can ship you the small stone(s) for repair at your local jeweler. 

Jewelry Insurance

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty (Loose stones) and Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty (Gold Jewelry) apply to the gemstone’s optical properties and protect against any manufacturing defects on your jewelry piece. As our warranties do not cover wear and tear damage to the ring’s setting, we recommend clients obtain insurance if they would like to have these damages covered. This can be done by purchasing jewelry insurance from your home insurance company or through a jewelry insurance company such as Jewelers Mutual (https://www.jewelersmutual.com). Having an insurance policy can protect your delicate ring against loss, theft, or any other damages that occur due to normal wear.

Repairs outside of the Limited Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

Any flaws and/or damages outside of the Limited Lifetime Warranty and Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty will be assessed by the Mohana Jewels Team. Based on the Mohana Jewels Team’s evaluation, clients will be provided repair options (on a case by case basis) and a quote for the work. The client is responsible for all shipping fees incurred when sending the ring to and from Mohana Jewels for repair.
